Greens Pasta

greens and tomatoes pastaIngredients:
21 cups cooked pasta shells or bow tie pasta
1 capsicum/red bell pepper (sliced)
1 green onion (scallion) sliced
1 large tomato (sliced into segments)
2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation:
Mix together the pasta, capsicum (red pepper) and green onion.
Mix together the lemon grass, basil, mustard and oil.
Combine the 2 and decorate with the tomato wedges.
